With the backing of Seven County Infrastructure, the ski resort application has been turned into the Forest Service for modification or approval. Once it’s approved, the NEPA study will be the next step in line. This is a long process but it is moving a positive direction. This will bring new job opportunities not currently available in Daggett County. The Bike/Walking Path is also moving along. The county has met with the Department of Transportation, Army Corp of Engineers, and USDA representatives moving through all the processes needed to begin construction. The path will be a great addition for safe, fun and enjoyable outdoor recreation. We’re looking forward to a great summer with several new activities planned for the community’s enjoyment.
