Notice is hereby given that Daggett County (the "County") intends to assist the Daggett County Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency") in fulfilling the purposes of the Dutch John Community Project Area Plan by conveying certain real property currently owned by the County to the Agency as authorized under Utah Code § l 7C-1-207. The property to be conveyed consists of the Remainder Parcel (the" Remainder Parcel"), which is approximately 573.71 acres adjacent to the Dutch John Airport in the Town of Dutch John, Daggett County, Utah. The Dutch John Airport Plat depicting the Remainder Paree is attached as Exhibit A. The Legal Description of the Remainder Parcel is attached as Exhibit B. The purpose of the conveyance is to assist and enable the Agency to engage in project area development, as defined in §17C-1-102(47), within the Dutch John County Development Project Area. The County Commission will consider the conveyance of the Remainder Parcel during its regular County Commission Meeting on January 2, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. at the County offices located at 95 North 1st West Manila, Utah, and prior to taking action on a proposed Resolution will hold a public hearing on the proposed conveyance of the Remainder Parcel authorizing the Conveyance.
