REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS:
PORTA-POTTY TRAILERS (AS-IS WHERE-IS)
Daggett County has surplused Porta-Potty Trailers and is welcoming sealed bids starting at $1000.00 to sell them to any business or member of the public AS-IS WHERE-IS. They are located at the Daggett County Rodeo Grounds for Inspection at approx 50N 1 00W Manila Utah 84046
Sealed bids will be accepted for each porta-potty trailer independently, any bidder is welcome to bid on one or more. To bid on multiple trailers please submit separate bids.
Trailer A is a 14' single axle bumper pull trailer with 3 porta-potties mounted to the trailer with basic plumbing run below, it will also include a wooden trailer mounted storage box.
Trailer B is a 14' single axle bumper pull trailer with 3 porta-potties mounted to the trailer with basic plumbing run below, it will also include a wooden trailer mounted storage box.

Bids will only be accepted from noon on February 17th 2026 until 9am on Tuesday March 3rd, 2026.

Anticipated Opening of sealed bids
It is anticipated that the County Commission will open the sealed bids on March 3rd at 9: 10 am in the Public Commission Meeting. If one or all submitted bids fail to comply with the stated bid requirements, Daggett County reserves the right to postpone opening date, accept or reject any or all bids received in response to this bid request, or to cancel all or part of this bid proposal before the time of award.
