Daggett County seeks a bidder to acquire and deliver up to 900cy of structural fill to Manila Utah.
Background
Daggett County wishes to obtain between 800 and 900cy of Structural Fill.
Project Goals and Scope of Services
The winning bidder will need to acquire and deliver up to 900cy of Structural Fill.
Engineered Fill Specifications.
A. Well Graded
B. Non-Expansive
C. Free of Organic and ALL Deleterious Materials
D. Percent Passing No. 200 Sieve: 60% MAX
E. Liquid Limit: 30 Or Less
F. Plasticity Index: 20 Or Less
G. Maximum Particle Size: ¾”

Proposals will be accepted until 9:00 am on Tuesday July 1st, 2025.

Anticipated Selection Schedule and Process
It is anticipated that a bidder will be selected on July 1st 2025. Issuance of this bid proposal
does not commit Daggett County to awarding a contract. Daggett County reserves the right to
postpone receipt date, accept or reject any or all bids received in response to this bid request,
or to negotiate with any of the bidders submitting a bid, or to cancel all or part of this bid
proposal.
Timeline of Delivery
Delivery will need to begin the week of July 1st.
Daggett County anticipates all deliveries will need to be concluded by July 28th. The contractor
shall provide load tickets with each delivery.
Elements of Proposal
-A cost for materials (broken out by cost per Cubic Yard)
-A cost for Delivery to Manila Utah 84046 (broken out by Cubic Yard)
-A Gradation Soils Classification and Proctor to ensure conformance with the specification above.
Evaluation Criteria
-Bidder must have a valid business license
-Bidder must have valid insurance coverage as required by law
-Cost of per Cubic Yard for Materials and Delivery
-Ability to meet the delivery window
