General Notice:
Daggett County Municipal Building Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Daggett County Health, Business, and Community Center.
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Daggett County Building c/o Larinda Isaacson located at 95 North 1st West, Manila, Utah 84046, or electronically by email until Tuesday April 22, 2025 at 9:00 am local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. All Bids submitted electronically should be sent by email to both Bart Jensen at b.jensen@jonesanddemille.com and Brooks Jones at brooks.j@jonesanddemille.com.
The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a single-story office and medical building with a basement (approximately 9,000 square-foot main floor and 8,500 square-foot basement floor). Work also includes curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt parking lot, two-tiered retaining wall, and installation of site utilities and other associated work. Bids will be received for a single contract.
Owner anticipates that the Project’s total bid price will be approximately $6,300,000. The Project is expected to be completed by June 2026.
