Notice is hereby given that the Daggett County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to receive comments on Proposed Ordinance Amendments in order to comply with SB174 (Local Land Use and Development Revisions - https://le.utah.gov/~2023/bills/static/SB0174.html ) and HB476 (Land Use Regulation Modifications - https://le.utah.gov/~2024/bills/static/HB0476.html). Proposed amendments can be viewed on the Daggett County website at https://www.daggettcounty.org/pnzhearing .
The hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at the Daggett County Courthouse; 95 North 1st West; Manila, Utah 84046. If you cannot attend the meeting, but wish to make comments you can email them to vnelson@daggettcounty.org, mail them to Daggett County Planning and Zoning Commission; PO Box 219; Manila, UT 84046 or drop them off at the Planning and Zoning Office at the Courthouse at 95 North 1st West; Manila, Utah between 9 am and noon and 1 pm to 5 pm Monday through Thursday before 5 pm on Tuesday, December 17th at 5:00 pm.
