The Polls will be open for in-person voting from 7 am to 8 pm.  Voters may also vote early in the Clerk’s Office at the Daggett County Courthouse (95 North 1st West, Manila) from 9 am to 5 pm on Friday, October 25th; Monday, October 28th; Wednesday, October 30th; Thursday October 31st and Friday, November 1st, 2024.  We will have voting machines at the Dutch John Conference Hall (530 South Blvd., Dutch John) on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 from 3 pm to 7 pm for Early Voting in Dutch John.  Mail-in ballots must be postmarked by November 4, 2024 to be counted.  Due to issues with postmarks we encourage you to submit your ballots as early as possible and if near the date of the 4th to get it postmarked by hand.  There is a drop box at the Conference Hall in Dutch John and the Courthouse in Manila that are available 24/7 and are under video surveillance.  These will be open until 8 pm on Election Day.  Lastly, there is a ballot box in the Clerk’s Office that will be available from 9 am to 5 pm on Weekdays and 7 am to 8 pm on Election Day.


October 25, 2024 is the deadline to register to Vote, but unregistered voters can vote provisionally during Early Vote and on Election Day.  Please bring proof of residency in Daggett County and Identification.  


Ballots will be mailed to active, registered voters that did not request to Vote In Person on October 15, 2024.  If you have not received your ballot by October 23, 2024, please contact the Clerk’s office at 435-784-3154 or clerk@daggettcounty.org .  If you have any questions about the election please contact us.  The Clerk’s office will be conducting a Logic and Accuracy test on October 25, 2024 at 1:00 pm.  The Public is invited to attend and see how the machines process and tabulate the test ballots.  Please check the County’s website at www.daggettcounty.org/elections for additional information and election updates.  If you have any questions please visit or call the Clerk’s Office or send us an email at clerk@daggettcounty.org .
