On February 20th we welcomed Senate hopeful Brad Wilson and some of his staff to our commission meeting. Several county citizens were in attendance and were invited to address issues and concerns within our area. Former Speaker of the House, Brad Wilson discussed topics such as housing needs in rural communities, balancing budgets and “going along to get along”. Anyone with questions regarding his views and priorities within our state are welcome to contact his office for additional information at any time. As we’re heading toward the downward side of winter, it’s time to start preparations for the upcoming summer season. As our summer residents return and our population grows, several businesses in Daggett County have placed advertisements for employment opportunities.
